How beautiful upon the mountains Are the feet of him who brings good news, Who proclaims peace, Who brings glad tidings of good things, Who proclaims salvation, Who says to Zion, "Your God reigns!" Isaiah 52:7 NKJV

The “Church” is identified in secular law as the “religious society founded and established by Jesus Christ, to receive, preserve and propagate His doctrines and ordinances.” Jesus’ (Yahshua’s) Father in heaven told His people, “According to the doings of the land of Egypt, where you dwelt, you shall not do; and according to the doings of the land of Canaan, where I am bringing you, you shall not do; nor shall you walk in their ordinances. You shall observe My judgments and keep My ordinances, to walk in them: I am the LORD (YHWH) your God. You shall therefore keep My statutes and My judgments, which if a man does, he shall live by them: I am YHWH.” Lev 18:3-5 NKJV

The congregational fellowship, the group evangelistic outreach, as well as an individual or an individual family unit may qualify as the Church; but the “church” which has incorporated itself with the state or requested permission to operate as a 501(c)(3) tax exempt religious organization, is not the Church.

The state and federal government acknowledge the “Church” as a separate body politic; and well they should. Both John the baptist and Jesus identified the good new (or gospel), with the Kingdom of Heaven saying, “Repent, for the kingdom of Heaven is at hand.” They baptized
their followers into a new kingdom and a new way of life. We can choose to live our lives as free individuals and believers in harmony with the instructions of YHWH’s invisible Kingdom. There are many provisions within secular law that allow us to enjoy the benefits, privileges and immunities of that kingdom, which many refer to as the Church. We can live as a separate and holy nation under the authority of the God of Israel with Yahshua as our King. What we lack is knowledge.

The Body of Christ Vs. The Body of the State

Legal Basis

The following 5 videos provide a legal basis for the Church to live separate from the world. The true Church can bank, own property, enter into contracts and do anything the a state corporation can do without being regulated by the state or federal government. The first 3 videos set the legal foundation and the last 2 videos explain the use of the Ministerial Trust and the Church Corporation Sole in achieving the goal of living exclusively under the jurisdictional authority of YHWH God and separate from the kingdoms of men. A PDF file located at www.remediesatlaw.com/intro.pdf is also used in the last 2 videos, please have it available. We will also discuss 508 (c)(1)(A) which is federal acknowledgement of the true Church.

Excerpt: IRS Agent Says That Churches are Trapped

The evidence as to what we are saying, though denied by most preachers, was made clear in Tampa, Florida. IRS agent Melvin Blough testified in federal court that “once a church obtains the status of 501c 3 under the IRS they are trapped." He further testified that, a church is automatically exempt under federal law without a 501c 3 designation. He also stated that, churches only request the status just to get the governments stamp of approval via exception.
